The workstations are designed with all flexibility for particle exercises of the trainees regarding Mechanical assembly and disassembly particles. All the workstations have got two parts shaft coupling, bearing, electric motor gearbox, bevel gear assembly, fluid coupling, gear coupling in respective workstation mounted on a common base plate and the lower part is a tubular structure.
The Transparent centralized Oil Lubricating Trainer is designed for imparting training on the oil lubrication system. The trainer is mounted on swivel-type wheels with a locking arrangement. The unit will show how the oil flow will take place. From the pump to various lubricating points through the control system and return to the tank.
The Basic Pneumatic simulator is highly versatile and beautifully designed for imparting training to trainees. The trainer is mounted on swivel-type wheels locking arrangement vertical panel board with sliding arrangement for pneumatic components. the trainer and the other accessories are suitable for working in 10 bar working pressure All valves are separator mounted with provision to fix the nylon hoses through a ferrule connection facing the front of the trainers. The trainer will display all the basic pneumatic circuits.
Basic Hydraulic Simulator is extremely versatile and beautifully designed for imparting training to the trainers. The trainer is mounted on swivel-type wheels with a locking arrangement. Vertical panel board with sliding detachable and fixed arrangement for hydraulic components Hoses and hydraulic components have quick couplers. It will display all the basic circuits of the hydraulic system as well as electro-hydraulic circuits will show the interface of the electrical appliance over the hydraulic system.

The conveyor belt simulator will show the material system through coverage and have an integrated supporting structural fame which is designed in such a fashion to assemble & disassemble very easily as and when required. Belt tensioning arrangement will be screw type for horizontal conveyor and gravity type for inclined conveyor and is provided at the tail end.
The necessary instrument & contact equipment in this regard are a swaying sensing device, pull cord switch, zero speed switch, etc.
The conveyor belt simulator will show the function of a conveyor belt system with all required exercise and protective & safety features.
